*Infant Policy:
- Infant must be below 3 yrs of age on the date of travel. Otherwise, will be chargeable same as Child no Bed (CNB)
- Only 1 infant per couple will be free. Otherwise, will be chargeable same as Child no Bed (CNB).
- Infants will not have a seat in the car, they will share the seat with their parents.
- In some sightseeing, entry tickets are based on height of the infant. If infant whose height is over, they will require entrance tickets. As we are not charging anything for infants, their parents will have to pay directly for the ticket at the ticket counter.
SPECIAL NOTES:
(guest must inform the hotel staff in Hanoi one night prior to arrange/provide the breakfast early or pack the breakfast as they will have to leave early morning)
- SIC Pickup only from selected hotels in Hanoi Old Quarters.
- Should bring the necessary items such as: cash, cellphone or cameras, raincoat/ umbrella, sun block… (depending on the weather)
- Tour may finish a bit earlier or later in some cases.
- The order of the itinerary can be changed depending on our guide’s arrangement.
- Hotels check in time is 2:00 Pm and check out is 11:00 Am, if early check in require by the guest, then there will be extra cost which guest can pay directly at the hotel.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- We will serve the guest according to the mentioned itinerary.
- Unused service in a tour package is non-refundable.
- In case guest failed to report at Pickup point, it will be considered as no-show and there will be no refunds.
- We will only confirm the booking and lock the price for the package when we receive the deposit amount.
- We provide transportation for guests with one medium size luggage, if guest have too much luggage, please check with us and if there is car upgrade required then extra cost guest have to pay.
